The ALOHA Porter label was released by Porter Yoshida & Co. in 2007 as a capsule collection of bags and accessories, each taking design cues from iconic Hawaiian motifs.
This Shoulder Bag from the ALOHA Porter label is made from a robust but lightweight black cotton twill, and features dual front zipped pockets and a snap button back pocket in addition to a main compartment that comes with a removable ALOHA Porter branded pouch. Porter's iconic label can be found at the front in its usual placement, but the charm of this piece comes in the molded metal zip pulls in the shapes of cliche Hawaiian icons like the Pineapple, Ukelele, and Hula Girl.
This piece is used with signs of use, but has loads of life left and looks great. The main flaw is the two ink marks shown in image 8, but they are not immediately obvious when worn and show more in certain lights.
