Premiering in the Spring of 2020, the PORTER CRAG series by Porter Yoshida & Co. takes inspiration from old military silhouettes and utilizes a sustainable garment-dyeing process that leads to uniquely rich and nuanced colorways. 

The proprietary high-density cotton/nylon satin fabric is developed by Porter, especially for this collection. The brand sews this durable fabric up into bags with nylon webbing reinforcements, before garment dyeing the finished piece with a 'two bath' process that leads to deep, rich tones that are full of texture. The bag is heated after the final phase of dyeing, which gives it a distinct handle and firmness and an extra level of durability. 

The CRAG collection is predominantly made up of black, olive, and brown versions of this aforementioned fabric, making this deep burgundy article even more special.
